Veteran Corps was awarded a contract by the U.S. Army Rapid Equipping Force to support testing a proof-of-concept effort to determine the applicability of crowd-powered design for refining Soldier requirements and designing prototypes. Known as Army CoCreate, an online innovation community encourages Soldier input to problem identification and solution development and will connect them with passionate scientists, engineers and civilian supporters. Soldiers will bring the community's designs to life at two Make-a-Thon events held at Fort Benning on December 9-13, 2013 and January 13-16, 2014. Your idea could become the next big Army solution at https://armycocreate.com.
